Stan Triplett is the founder of the Phoenix Ninpo Ryu and received recognition as a 10th degree black belt from Grand Master Dan McEaddy, representing the International Order of the Circle of Masters. In addition, Stan Triplett holds 9th degree black belt rank in Ninja-Isshinryu from Grand Master Joseph Versocki and has studied Bujinkan ninjutsu from from Bruce Snyder (Allentown, Pa).

After a diverse background in such arts as Pentjak-Silat, Southern Shoalin Kung-Fu, Ninga-Isshinryu, and numerous martial arts seminars including Silat, Genbukan, and Bujinkan ninjutsu, Stan Triplett founded the "Phoenix Ninpo Ryu." The Phoenix Ninpo Ryu is an American ninjutsu based curriculum that includes traditional and non-traditional techniques. The curriculum develops practitioners physical, mental, and spiritual skills while developing fluid fighting movements.

In 2010, Stan Triplett created the Phoenix Combat System (PCS).  The Phoenix Combat System is a completely American Approach to the Phoenix Ninpo Ryu.  All techniques are taught in English.

Stan Triplett is also a member of the Circle of Masters. He is a certified instructor of the Pyramid School of the Masters and the Spiritual Training of the Circle of Masters.
